I don’t mind any of them. I paid for them, I’ll eat them (dammit), but then I grew up a paid up for life member of the Clean Your Plate Club AND the Sit there all night until you do eat it, AND the fine, go to bed and it’s there for breakfast. And mom made liver and onions regularly. The problem is that we ALL have become so used to the over processed foods with fats and salts and SUGAR and soooooo many other things that are terrible for us that trying to break those bad habits is freakin’ HARD. BE A USMarine mindset. do it. Chug it. Swallow it. It’s nourishment. If you just can’t, then ask if there’s a local IP group and start a swap meet. My coach sells individual packs of any product.
