I took a huge bag of veggies in my carry on, on the plane put ice in with them put them I a hotel fridge put them in ziplock sandwich bags and took them in a back pack all around DL I took bars chips and any of the drink mixes I love the sweet and spicey mix because we averaged 15, 000 steps a day I had to eat extra packets IP face book page has a whole guide to traveling I still lost 5 lbs the week I was at DL I planned ahead where I would eat in the park and in order to stay on track

Chips and bars. Will you have a cooler with you? You could bring cucumber, grape tomatoes. Jar of pickles.

@housebreaking4 we will be flying, so no cooler. I haven’t found any IP chips I like yet.

Shake mixes. Love the mango peach - I mix in 1/2 bottle of water. 1 carb. Also vanilla crispy bar or trail Mix.
