When measuring veggies, do you measure raw or cooked? Spinach really reduces when you cook.

Yup, always raw my dear! I rarely use spinach for that reason! There’s hardly anything left when you cook it!

Thank you ladies  I put some in the IP omelette and was surprised how much it went down when cooked. Still pretty good tho

@zorn82 Christina Sudeta I suggest just cooking the omelet and then putting it over a bed of raw spinach, I do this with stir fry and fried rice because the heat from the food actually kinda cooks it.

I put a ton of spinach in the cup & pile other veggies on top. weighs the spinach down a bit.
