I started on Jan 3 and was down 30 lbs last week. I stalled out completely and my coach said that my body needed time to adjust to the rapid loss. For the last few days I've just skipped the restricted items and continued as usual. I'm now down another 2. 5 lbs since Wednesday.

A STALL is FOUR consecutive WEEKS of no change in inches OR pounds. Anything less is just NORMAL WEIGHT LOSS patterns!

How is this really on program? Won’t 5 packets will take you out of ketosis?
by (700 points)
@waterside it shouldn’t bc you skip the meat protein at dinner
by (1.5k points)
@duer64590 that doesn’t make sense. Meat protein doesn’t have carbs. A fifth packet has 10-15 extra grams of carbs

@waterside I thought you were referring to too much protein. Too much protein will stop losses too. I’ll let you know in two days if it worked lol

@waterside these are the lowest NET carb products and collectively won't add up to as many carbs as other products including one restricted.
