How many of you had weeks where you didn’t lose? I have been on the diet for 9 weeks and have lost 30 pounds and this week I lost ZERO! I actually gained 1 pound! I do have to mention that I had an eye lift surgery earlier in the week and am not sure if that is the culprit or not. So frustrated! Haven’t changed my eating at all and am still in ketosis! Ugh!  
How many of you had weeks where you didn’t lose?

Week 4 I only lost 0. 5

Yes. I’ve had many weeks were I haven’t loss but overall average was still 8-10 pounds per month. You are doing great being down 30 pounds in 8 weeks! It’s been my experience that any time I have any type of medical or dental procedure or I’m not well due to cold etc I don’t lose any weight until I recover. Very likely due to inflammation.

Don't beat yourself. You have lost 30 lbs in 9 weeks and that's amazing. It will come off slower but it will. Congratulations on your success so far and I wouldn't worry so much. You have done so great!

Only last half a pound at weigh in - I was so frustrated. Woke up this morning down 2 lbs. hang in there.

Losses of pounds NEVER happen every week. Some weeks we only lose inches, some weeks we go up a bit, other weeks we go way down. Nothing wrong.

Last week. 2 sometimes it goes like that. I did see a post on ideal protein reboot program for those that are stuck. Check with your coach about that.

Yes. and was so grateful my coach was measuring also as some times I had almost 2 inches total loss. Keep going. the scale will catch up!

Getting crazy about loosing weight kicks cortisol up a notch and prevents you from loosing. remember stress weight gain. Chill people. You got this. Something we all need to concur.

Yes and usually next week was big loss. Trust the program.
