I use hot water from my Keurig. stir in slowly until desired consistency. Let sit a minute to soften. One of my faves.

I cook it in 15 sec intervals and stir in between until it’s like I want it

I add a touch more water and only microwave it 30 seconds stir then another 30 seconds

Let it rehydrate a little longer before heating.

I use a whisk to mix it up before microwaving then adding a little more water, whisk, and heat up again takes care of it.
