Ok so I’m trying to understand the seasoning party of my sheet. So are u only to season your meat (or whatever you choose to season) w one seasoning a day?

No. that is a list of seasonings you can use on anything, veggies, salads, meat etc. they are fairly liberal unless it says a portion. See your Phase 1 sheet and the grocery list.

I looked at my phase one list but looks like it says 2tsp ( I don’t have it w me to know exact) a day. I’ve been using the alotted seasonings but def more than one a day to season things like meat? Should I be ok?

Some of the seasonings say 2 teaspoons most of them are liberal and it’s not just once a day you can use the seasonings whenever you would like to

There’s no limit on seasonings and herbs as long as there is no added sugar.

1tsp of seasoning a day max. Can be mixed with different ones. Highlighted where it says 1tsp. The one a day is the lemon/or lime. They worded it weird
