If protein is limited at your grocery store, look for local butchers. They are likely still in supply and will give you better cuts of meat for better prices anyway!

Maybe certain places have a limited supply of protein, our area is so far ok.

There is always vegetarian protocol of 5 lower carb packets a day if you are really stuck. I’d look for eggs, tuna, check local wholesalers for beef/chicken who normally would supply restaurants. Good luck!

@rollin Aurigemma Hamlin because of virus in packaging plant it may become harder to get meats in the future.
