Mix Dijon mustard, oil and a little vinegar. Not too bad at all.

I like to use a lot of herbs. Like a chimichurri with garlic, parsley, green onion, sometimes mint, blended with olive oil and lemon. It’s a thicker “dressing” but gives a lot of flavor. If you make a big batch it seems like too much oil but remember you aren’t putting it all on one salad. Just use a small amount.

The best dressing I have ever had is Dijon mustard and WF pancake syrup with a little water. Add a little salt and pepper and your good to go. I also put some oregano on my salad too!

I like the oil vinegar and herb mix that comes with the bread at some italian restaurants like Carrabbas. I can PM you the recipe if you like. it lasts for week or more depending on how much you use.

I use garlic olive oil with Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning Grinder & either lime juice or apple cider vinegar.
