Realized why I wasn’t losing any weight the last 3 weeks! Turns out I was eating too much protein ( way above my 8oz) hopefully this month I can lose a steady 2-3 pounds per week! Anyone else start again today? :)

It depends in the US if you are following the old or new plan. I am almost done with Phase 1 so I stayed on the old plan since it worked for me. Down 124. 5 more to go!

@brume the guidelines are 4-6 ounces in the United States. Canada is 8 ounces.

Is Canadian protein less fattening lol. Just kidding. But seriously I average between 4 and 8 oz of protein daily and it's working for me. My guidelines are 4 to 6 oz.

@reavis I find if I don’t have my 8oz I’m extremely hungry after. I was eating 15 oz because I wasn’t paying attention and was thinking it wouldn’t matter. But after going to 8 the past 2 days I’ve lost 2 pounds  whatever works for our bodies right?

@piotr it was only hard for me because I wasn’t following the sheet. But I was eating the food! Now that I’m following the sheet the weight is falling off
