I think calorie wise depending on your packet choices (and your protein) it can be between 700-1, 000 calories.

You don't want to know. Just kidding. kind of. My guess would be you would get around 1200-1300 or so. Your coach may allow you more protein than others at your starting weight.

No calorie count. On most days I hit maybe 1000. I am not hungry nor deprived like other diets I have been on. I have a ton of energy. Follow the protocol and the weight loss melts away.

@neurology - the calorie counts you were quoted are accurate above. However, there’s a piece of information missing. I’m not sure if you are asking because you wonder if whoever you are inquiring about can be satisfied with those amounts or if you are thinking more in terms of a calorie count for weight loss. If it’s for calorie counting, I want to share important education with you that I’m not sure how many know. There are two energy models - a calories in/calories out one and one based on the endocrine system (hormones). A SAD diet relies more on the former because it can’t tap into fat stores because one is not in ketosis. In a ketogenic state calories in/calories out do not apply because research shows something awesome happens with energy when in ketosis. That is, energy is wasted. That’s fantastic because that means you use more fuel (fat) than what is needed for energy. This is why calories aren’t counted here or on a ketogenic diet because they truly can’t be as they are wildly inaccurate because 1) they do not /can’t account for this phenomenom and 2) calories are inaccurate - 4 calories for 1 g carb or protein and 9 for fat is estimated rounded and can be off greatly. We also don’t metabolize all of it as we use it for build and repair and no way to know. Same happens with fat. If you interested in knowing more watch 2 videos 1) Dr Ken Berry - Why Calories Don’t Count from Aug 2019 and 2) Dr Ben Bikman from Low Carb Denver 2019 - Ketones: The Metabolic Advantage.
