I feel like i am up in weight this am. Is it possible to eat too many veggies? What time do you eat your IP meals and do you eat anything in between them? Remember I’m on day 8 and i dont think I’m in ketosis yet

What do you mean by eating too many veggies? Weight goes up and down up to five pounds a day for many non diet reasons: constipation, dehydration, inflammation, sodium in-take, hormones, illness, and many others. It takes a minimum of a week to see true fat loss. Why do you think you are not in ketosis?

I have a shake or juice for breakfast, then a IP meal for lunch, snack at 2 and regular dinner. Personally I have never measured my veggies but I know you should. The first 2 weeks I hade 2 snacks a day as I was hungry. Now if I am hungry, I eat more pickles.

As far as your veggies - measure and eat the sheet and you won’t have too many. I encourage people to not eat anything after 8:00 as digestion slows down while you sleep. And finally there will be days your weight doesn’t change or even goes up a few ounces. Don’t worry! Your body flexes and reacts to weight loss, water retention, hormones and so on. Weight loss isn’t a straight line! Keep the big picture!

Some of the veggies are unlimited. Just check your sheet. I sometimes feel extra bloated too- think my body is just processing and digesting. Extra water helps.

I’ve heard others say to try salt/electrolytes to help with headaches. Do you have the flavor enhancers?
