The frozen bags of fish are great because they are individually portioned and wrapped!

Look for the egg wraps! They make a great tortilla substitute! Smart water is nice for electrolytes to fend of leg cramps.

I work there. At least 50 different protocol items! Besides what’s already been said there is canned tomatoes for Spaghetti sauce in the cook book, Brussel sprouts, canned mushrooms, tomato paste for sauce, broccoli fresh or frozen , Kirkland water is super cheap since we drink so much! Just explore and there is a lot to choose from! Have fun

@pouch i got some before I was on ideal protein and I don’t think it’s protocol. Has sugar in it
by (140 points)
@pouch no that salad dressing is not protocol, it has sugar and dextrose in the ingredients
by (970 points)
I used it when I was on phase 1 last year and lost 110lbs in 5 months. I wasn't a big fan of walden farms
by (970 points)
@spano2877 but there isn't much, I lost 110lbs in 5 months. I limited the amounts but the taste is great
by (3.3k points)
@pouch it does taste great. Congrats on the loss

@spano2877 biggest issue with Ideal Protein is cost, with a family of 5 I tried to find alternative items for some of the items. Lean Fit Protein powder from Costco is another alternative to the Shakes from Ideal Protein, however I love my chocolate drink mix from Ideal Protein. I use that as my treat now. I am currently rebooting my ideal protein journey as I did not do well in maintenance and want to nip it before it gets worse.
