Yesss! It’s one of the best for PCOS (in my opinion). I lost 50lbs last time and got pregnant naturally for the very first time! Needless to say I’m on the diet after having that baby, and have lost 15lbs already

@orthotropic645, It was quiet the surprise for us! I didn’t know I was pregnant until about 8 weeks in. Did you have fertility treatment prior to your IP baby? Hehe

I did and I got my periods back, and regulated! I gained it back and had troubles. If anything I feel like Ideal Protien helps kick start weight loss and then do keto for maintenance, I felt amazing. Round 2 for me! Should have never quit!

I do. I started Jan 6 and I’m down 20lbs. My OBGYN was the one who actually recommended it to me.

My PCOS is so much better since being on IP, hormones are leveled out, periods are clockwork, and the pain is gone! My weight average is -4. 3/week.

Seriously you guys are all so sweet I want to cry! Thank you so much. I was so sad thinking I am stuck because of PCOS but it looks like I'm just going through the process like everyone else.

Totally worth it! This program helped me shed 70lbs in 4 months and regulate my cycles after the first month I started this journey. My husband and I have tried for 6 years to get pregnant and I recently found out. IM EXPECTING! I found out a week before I was scheduled to sign consent forms to have IVF done  this program helped get my life back together
