How does everyone get their salt? I just completed first week and just put on food. Also- any tips on not forgetting supplements? Keep forgetting them!

I put it in a small glass of water in the morning and chug it. Supplements I make sure I have with my meals. And write it down as soon as I’m done eating.

No I don’t use it for the rest of the day. I may use a small bit evening time at super sometimes. But for me to make sure I gets it I just chugs it first thing before my breakfast.

@conal/activity" class="qa-user-link">conal I do it like @conal/activity" class="qa-user-link">conal does. The only difference is I still use it the reminder of the day if needed for seasoning. The 1 tsp is a minimum unlike the oil where that’s all you can have.

Set ur alarm on phone till you get in the habit. Soon it will be a no brainer

I put salt on my 8oz protein or sautéed veg. Set alarms in your phone for supplements, I keep extras in my purse in case I forget.

I use Morton’s Lite Salt. It’s higher potassium. I carry it with me and when at restaurants I do my own salting when possible.

Reminders, prepacking have extra in your car or you bag. I cut my vanilla wafers into small squares and eat them during snack to boost my metabolism keep it moving
