I’m so hungry ALL the time! I’ve lost 42. 4 pounds since July 2019. Any suggestions on that?

Get your water your veggies and your 2 tsp of oil. What time of day are you hungry?

@loment when do you consume your 2 tsp of oil?
by (3.9k points)
@loment if you aren't having your oil during your evening meal, try to move it to that time. Sometimes that little extra bit of fat can keep you satiated longer.

@loment try switching it up and see if it helps.

Girl! There are still days when I’m starving. I’ve lost 86. I just eat something little. Or do the mind over matter

I’ve started splitting my protein. I have two eggs with my pancakes in the morning and I find it helps me stay more balanced the rest of the day. I can go until 1:00 to eat lunch and I’m not starving. Before I would have a shake or just the pancakes in the morning and be starving by ten. Doing the split helps me stay more balanced all day. I find getting more protein, my fat and fiber in the Morning has helped keeping me balanced out.

Protein helps. I can’t eat a lot at one sitting, so I’ve been eating beef jerky when I’m hungry. I get it at the local butcher so it’s not full of sugar. A small piece stops my hunger. My coach said jerky is fine.

Increase your protein. I found these at Costco pretty convenient for traveling

Me too. I took a break (all of December) while I recovered from major surgery and it’s been brutal getting back into it and not being hungry all of the time.

A big bowl of chopped salad with some chicken and veggies. You will be full. I cook my chicken in my instant pot with low sodium chicken broth.

@loment, needing some additional info. What are you eating and when? Be precise. What type of job do you have - is it physical? Are you working out? May be able to give you some concrete answers when we know more. :)
