Does anyone write down EVERYTHING they eat? First round i did n lost abg 5lbs a week. now not n slower loss.

I use the my fitness pal app to track. It’s so easy to add your daily protein and veggies etc and the IP foods can be scanned

@snaky , I love it. It’s free and it also syncs up to a fitness tracker. I have a Garmin watch and anytime I do any activity it automatically gets added to my daily input. I also input my weight etc after every weigh in.

I used My Fitness Pal, weighed & logged EVERYTHING! Lost 100# in 6 months.

They didn’t give you a journal?! My coach checked it every week during phase 1 and asked questions.

My coach has a big sign that says No journal = No food So I write down everything

Yes I write everything down. And review it to see my progress and what I ate during the week. Keeps me in check

It really helps to track everything that you eat. Otherwise you might not realize you are eating something that can slow you down.

Absolutely! I write everything down. Sometimes I'm more hungry, review my day and decide an extra unrestricted package is needed & sometimes I get busy and have forgotten my supplements or that last IP package. It helps me.
