This is what I have: An ip Choco shake with spinach for breakfast Greens and some protein for dinner An IP item for snack And a small portion of protein and greens for supper Another up snack or finish the one I had before About a litre And a half of water a day Oh I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning with a splash of milk and sweetener Am I doing this right? Shouldn’t I be hungry? Am I sabotaging myself?
