Ok question re: salad dressing. I def eat more than the allotted oil amount per day. I use it to cook veggies and I make my own salad dressing. And I eat a lot of salad. What else (that isn’t Walden Farms ) can I use to replace some of the oil I’m using?

I like the IP dressings a lot better than Walden Farms, they are awful!

My coach says not to count oil used in sauteing as long as it is in protocol.
