I fell off wagon about week ago. I am such a stress eater. I thought I had this under control. Tomorrow is a new day! We can do this!

my coach said the same, I’m just frustrated with myself. I was doing well then not only did I fall but I took a running leap! Lol

I do understand I am frustrated with myself too. Earlier today I was saying to myself “if I had of stuck with program like I did for 5 months I would be 20 plus pounds lighter”. Then I had to remind myself how far I have came. Tomorrow is a new day and we can get back on track.

Just get right back on. You could do a workout tonight or tomorrow to help your body burn through some of the glucose if you are up for it.

I second that! We’ve “fallen off” a few times over six months, and we just get right back on and keep grinding it out!

Watch the 1000 lb sisters on TLC TV. I exercised 40 min and rode my bike 2 miles while watching that show. I lost 80 lbs and I don't want any of it back. Need 30 more lbs gone.

Jump back on but check your mindset first! What made you fall off? Did you go into the event with a plan? What could you do differently when faced with a challenge like that again? Make sure before you commit again 100% your head is all in it, good luck!

3 days and your back burning fat! I fell off too. I’m getting back on, but what always helps me is knowing I would have to go back to the first 3 days again, which is the toughest part.
