Where is the weight loss happening? I know everyone's "normal" is different, but has anyone had a similar situation? I have lost 60 pounds. Yet, I've lost only 16 inches. I measure arm, chest, waist, hip and thigh. 14 of those inches are from waist and hip. I've lost ZERO(! ) inches in my chest - which seems impossible because "they" are so deflated now! I've been so worried that I'm losing muscle mass (which I don't think would show in inches lost). My muscle mass percentage has stayed basically the same. To me, it seems like that percentage should increase as the fat percentage decreases. My pants are looser, yet I may have gone down only 1 size. My shirts are looser. That seems crazy since I've lost ZERO(! ) inches in my chest. My scale measures visceral fat. It has gone from 16 to 12. Any similar experiences? Did you eventually see losses in inches? I've started to be anxious about it. Real anxiety. I wouldn't say I'm discouraged. I've been more worried than anything. Sometimes I feel like because I am getting closer to my goal, my brain has started to rebel.

It HAS to happen. Remember you also lose in inoxious places like feet, toes, hands, fingers, face, wrists, ankles etc. Shoe size can eventually change. Rings start falling off your fingers. Hang in there. The weight & inches will come off! You are doing great so tell anxiety to take a hike.

Visceral fat going from 16 to 12 is a real success for your health. The inches will come! How much more are you wanting to lose?

If you haven’t gotten a new bra and you have a more structure cup style that could explain why you haven’t seen a difference in your chest measurements.

Honestly first time I was on this diet I lost 70 plus lbs . I didn’t loose anything from my chest for a long time ! Then one day . boom. I went down a cup . And seemed like forever before I needed new clothes . But it did seem to change months in. Like over night

I've never lost in my bust. At my lightest weight when I was 22 years old and weighed 107 I was a D cup and at my heaviest in 2016 (202lbs) I was a D cup. The only place there is a difference on me is the band size
