Let’s just say I had a *little* cheat (cake for breakfast‍♀️). Do I eat regular IP and a crap ton of water all day or just start over tomorrow? I’ve never cheated before. I’m not gonna lie. it was dang good!

Keep on with IP. Forget the cheat, it will pass. Be kind to yourself.

Continue with ip products. If u eat like crap u will feel a lot worse and sick. Just start over now like it never happened as u can’t change anything just move forward

Look at it as training for when you've reached your personal goal, and how you'll maintain it. Because during the rest of your life, you will have an indulgent meal (or day), *here and there* after IP with celebrations and occasions. The goal: have your meal/or day, and just jump back into better, healthy choices until the next occasion. Rinse and Repeat. So, see today as a dry run lol Jump right back in. It takes some will power to not turn it into a snowball situation, but it's worth it. You'll feel strong and proud of yourself that you set a limit and stuck to it.
