@boaten its the best most filling cheat. thats not a cheat. Ill sometimes add a drop of orange or mjnt extract. To change the flavor but no sugar. Just dont add too much drop at a time makes a big difference

I make a pot of soup for 3 servings. Whatever Protein you want I use 5 ounces of ground turkey. 2 cups of cauliflower 2 cups of broccoli one cup zucchini and one can of Rotelle (I like it a little spicy) and 3 cups of chicken/beef/vegetable broth depending on your protein. Onion and garlic powder salt & pepper. Simmer for about 30 minutes or until your desired doneness of broccoli is reached. Divide into three equally into containers and you’ve got dinner for three days. Also freezes well. Boiled eggs are my go to if I don’t have a ready dinner idea (2 whole 2 whites. Just zap the frozen vegetable that you like to go with them. I also cook ground turkey add homemade taco seasoning and riced cauliflower. Serve over shredded lettuce. I multiply this recipe by three as well. I hope this helps you get started.

@plectrum99 Do you sauté/soften your vegetables before throwing in with the broth or just throw in raw?
by (11.7k points)
@wylen49 I just throw them in raw.

The other day I was having a hard time trying to eat my raw Kale so I put it in the pan with cabbage and IP balsamic and fresh dill and it came out quite good.

I hate to cook so I take two lbs of ground turkey (taco flavored) brown it, i add three cups of salsa and divide it into six meals. Freeze half and have the other three over a my lettuce and use WF ranch on it. I heat the meat and dump it on. Also add the two tsp of oil to that meal. I also do the Italian ground turkey (2 lbs) add Italian seasoning and a jar of Raus sauce. Divide it into six meals. Freeze three and boil three packs of the rotini and add the rest to that and use that as three meals. Add a salad and I am good

I fry up onions, garlic, celery, peppers & onions - put it in a Bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Then mix up 3 of the “omelette “ mixes - pour on top. Bake at 425 for about 20 minutes. Cut into 3 - that’s breakfast Monday - Wednesday & Friday - Tuesday & Wednesday it’s oatmeal. Nice to have it prepped for the week.

Saute peppers, mushrooms, and onion in Pam and when veggies are softened stir in the omelet mix (premix the packet with water in a shaker bottle).

I do not like most of the IP supplemental products. However, their chili is great! Quick, add veggies or your meat.

I use riced veggie steam bags as a go to quick lunch option. Easy to add an egg or other protein or packet. I split my protein up during the day. This one is my favorite
