At first you are detoxing. sugar is addictive so your "jonesing". Remember why you started this. it will get easier. bacon and cheddar cheese were my go to treats at first. I try to stay away from. sweet treats cuz that's my weakness. But not always. good luck.

Look in the cookbook. You might be able to find something comparable to what your craving. Usually it's chocolate for me. So alot of times I warm up the choc drink mix

On days like this i have an extra packet of something crunchy. Usually the garlic and herb crisps with salsa. It’s better than anything sweet or giving up!

Built bars are a must! They are my favorite chocolate treat, especially on the go. ❤️ They are low carb, high protein. They keep me full longer. They are on plan and only 60-110 calories each. If we have hungry we are not in cetosis, so we have to try to eat less carbs, but it takes 3 days to adjust the cetosis (i think)

Have an extra vanilla drink or packet. It won't hurt much if at all. You can do it!
