Hey all~ so, today is day 1! I have all my packs and ready to rock but have a few questions. My coach isn’t around for the next few days so wanted to reach out to you all and get some help. Firstly, oils. how much are we allowed? The sheet doesn’t have any specifics Secondly. some people said they eat eggs, cottage cheese and fruit BUT on the info sheet I was given, none of those are listed. A little confused- help
