My favorite IP foods are the vanilla rice crispy squares, chocolate soy puffs, chili is pretty good, Berry yogurt drink in the blender with a handful of fresh spinach and ice, Broccoli cheese soup with 2 cups of chopped broccoli. Also refrigerate the bars, wafers and they are even better. My daughter likes the chicken ala king with finely chopped broccoli, my son likes the Mac and cheese and rotini noodles. Try a combination of I P foods some are great and some are ok and some I never order. Also try some different spices, we like garlic and the chili blend from trader Joe's it has no salt in it.
