I have used it in cucumber salad and was really good . just used maybe a tablespoon And dill small sprinkle of stivia . to me the mayo on its own smells like glue

@plectrum99 yes! I’ll get a pic. I’ll be honest , I use the program for portion control because I struggle with that. I do add things here and there that are probably taboo, but it allows me to run

@plectrum99 it’s Earth Island, blue label. I just use a bit, but not for tuna. I follow a vegetarian menu.

Homemade mayo can be made on protocol as long as you use a select oil and have more than 2 tsp in a day. This was a game changer for me❤️❤️
