Welcome! Looks good to me. The water intake you have listed I would treat as a minimum. Maybe drink more spread throughout the day. I know it helped me. Stick to the plan and you will get the results :-)

@driver20888 @morice Cucumber came off the unlimited list in january. It is now a select vegetable. Your select vegetables can't total more than 4 cups combined in one day. If you're using the premier protein as creamer it counts as your milk for the day. Neither are a big deal in scheme of things but if your weight loss is struggling this might be why.

Cucumbers are no longer unlimited.

@driver20888 right, because cukes are no longer unlimited.

@phylloxera 4 per week, not daily.
by (6.4k points)
@duodecimal5 no it's a select not an occasional. Select is four cups per day, occassional is 4 cups per week. (on your picture it's under the first green bar)

@duodecimal5 thank u. Excite to see avocado oil

@phylloxera I apologize. you are right. Sorry.

@duodecimal5 it's ok! No worries. I would be upset if I thought those veg weren't more than 4 cups per week  I was afraid you might be short changing yourself!

@morice my coach said they ARE limiting cukes & Jicama to select.

I counted 3 packets? Looks good. If you just started keep it up and don't stress. Wait till you get weighed there and you may be surprised! If things should be adjusted your coach will guide you! Keep it up!

I only count 1 full packet, the apple oatmeal. Or is the beef veg soup a packet (it’s not in the US). If so that makes 2. You still need a 3rd as the little bit you put in your coffee doesn’t count. Otherwise looks great! Oh and cucumbers are not unlimited anymore, part of the change in January, so be careful with those.

One thing i found was do try to eat same time every day. stay within 4-5 hours of main meals(breakfast, lunch, supper) otherwise your body thinks you starving it and wont let go of the weight. Also i ate my meat meal at noon- since it heavier gave more time to burn the calories. Im on day 4 and as first time slide right i to ketosis.

I find I do better eating my heavier meal during the day and my IP lunch for dinner instead. So most of the time I have my protein and 2 cups veggies for lunch. Also switching up the vegetables as well as how they are prepared like fresh vs steamed. You body gets comfortable with what your eating and changing things will wake itself back up. Congratulations on your dedication, it’s only the beginning. You can do this! ❤️

ONE packet for Bfast Lunch Snack 2 cups veggies at lunch and at dinner 8 oz meat for dinner Required oil, salt, water and supplements
by (8.6k points)
@footrope I thought it went down to 6 oz meat protein?
by (34k points)
@duodecimal5 8 in Canada, 4-6 in the US but there are a number of coaches/clinics choosing not to change it.
by (8.6k points)
@footrope I'm wondering if I'm not going to change. the difference helps to keep me full longer. And my coach did mention that if it worked better for me I can do that
by (34k points)
@duodecimal5 I have seen a lot of people say they are sticking with 8. IP coaches used to preach the requirement to eat all 8 oz because you need it to maintain your lean muscle along with the three packets. Now suddenly we can eat only half and it's ok? (Unless you are Canadian! )
by (8.6k points)
@footrope That's silly… do Canadians lose weight differently than Americans?
by (34k points)
@duodecimal5 No. their gov't requires 8 oz minimum meat as a nutritional serving. However, I have never known a weight loss program to be required to fit national nutrition requirements.

@morice - Do you have a coach?
by (6.5k points)
@morice so you doing through your sis? Get vested & get a coach.

@footrope - I don’t see three IP foods on your list. You need three. Some days I have four if I am really hungry. Also, remember that you can have an unlimited amount of certain lettuces, so you can add a salad made of unlimited veggies to one of your meals to help fill you up.
