Pudding pancakes! Maple Oatmeal with Chayote squash ( sautéed in sugar sub and cinnamon) Good luck.

I cut the chayote squash into small pieces, steam it in a fry pan, once cooked, add a little sugar substitute and cinnamon, sauté, and I add it to my IP Oatmeal. Fills you up.

For the IP Pudding pancakes, add 1/4 cup egg whites, vanilla, (optional) and a tiny bit of water. I used it for a waffle. Very filling. Only 5 grams of carb.

I mix half a tea spoon of chocolate drink mix, or 1/8 of the ready to drink vanilla with the plain pancake mix, and that's my everyday breakfast. The plain pancake mix by itself is not edible.

Love all the shakes do not eat the Omelette alone load it full of all your veggies I do 2 cups of mushrooms green onion and peppers and I scramble it I don't leave it in the Omelette state it is delicious add your infused olive oil I use the garlic and your salt and you have amazing meal

My favorite breakfast is the Candied Almond Coffee Cake in Janeva’s cookbook. I double the recipe and bake in my bigger loaf pan and divide it into quarters, instead of in half.

I make muffins out of the mug cake or the pancake mix a lot. I have the vanilla square microwaved with cinnamon on it.
