Depends on your starting weight and how much you have to lose. The bigger you are the more you lose each week. It took me 7 months to lose 65 pounds. I started at 185 pounds.

Depends on your metabolism. try drinking 1-2 cups Oolong Tea a day. speeds up metabolism. i was losing 5+ a week. i also ate my meat at dinner so my supper was lighter.
